• Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality considerations, Ayurvedic medicines and nutraceutical supplements are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

• Incorrect product delivered.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Expired product received.
• Manufacturing defect.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping package

After verification, we may approve a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
